Company Summary

Swole Food started when the founder, a vegetarian, yogi, pilates student and new convert to strength training, tried to increase protein consumption yet keep a busy life style. Frustrated by protein bars/shakes with high calories, carbs, fat and salt, she went to the kitchen. Swole Food made a moist protein brownie that her trainer and gym requested for themselves and it has been proven to help her lose weight and reach her fitness goals.
