Switch Vehicles is a common good corporation building & marketing useful, sporty, safe and affordable electric vehicles.

Our initial marketing focus is the education market grades 9-14. Our customers purchase SWITCH with our curriculum to teach their teachers and students how to safely design, build and drive electric vehicles. This is a large market with great margins.

Next phase are vehicles for the general population in fall of 2014.

    Owner of DataFlow for 25 years which became the largest full service computer company in the North Bay, serving small local clients as well as billion dollar multinational corporations.

    After selling DataFlow in 2006 I became the electric vehicle adjunct faculty at Santa Rosa Junior College while developing my expertise in electric vehicle conversions, design and fabrication.

    In 2009 in partnership with Jim McGreen we founded Switch Vehicles.

    co-founder

    Jim started his first company at age 18 and has owned and operated companies continuously since. He started ZAP (Zero Air Pollution) in 1991, an electric vehicle company building e-bikes and scooters. As President/CEO he grew the company to employ over 100. It was profitable, publicly traded, and growing rapidly, when he left the company in 1999. He was granted several patents in the EV field including for the Zappy and Zap Power System.
