John is a skilled software engineer with a broad understanding and knowledge of cloud architecture, Microsoft development technologies and control and automation systems. He has strong technical skills across a broad range of technologies and can skilfully manage a large software development team. John is gifted at designing, developing and managing large, complex systems and has a strong track record for delivering projects on time and budget.

Peter Rake is a highly technical systems integrator with more than 20 years of experience implementing complex building systems for Fortune 500 companies. As Global Director of Integration, Peter is on the front lines of customer relations, training and program implementation. He works closely with all project stakeholders from the site teams to the C-suite to ensure seamless implementation of the Switch Platform.

Suellen Thompson is an experienced financial and governance officer, Company Secretary and Chartered accountant with extensive experience in SaaS-based software businesses and international business. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Queensland.
