Oral Gooden is the Founder and CEO of Swisshtech Corporation and inventor of the patented AEGIS technology. He brings more than 25 years of engineering and executive leadership experience. His mission grew from his parents’ exposure to the hazards of oil lamps for lighting during outages, inspiring the development of safer, more accessible household power. He leads Swisshtech’s technology development, commercialization strategy, and partnerships.

Ms. Polk is an accomplished accountant with eleven years experience in all aspects of auditing, accounting management, tax, reconciliation and planning at governmental levels. Her current role as a finance officer has yielded Ms. Polk the knowledge and skills to sustain her competency as an accountant. A master degree level of accountancy has afforded her even more opportunities such as pursuing certifications as a certified financial manager.
