With over 20 years sales and management experience, Brian will play a key role in managing, staffing and marketing Swiss Bear. He has spent 15 years training and developing sales people and managing and staffing an office of 45 sales and staff. In the last 3 years he has purchase a franchise territory with a national insurance and securities licensing school. In this time, Brian has become the top producing franchise and shattered all records.

As a licensed general contractor with over 15 years experience in the construction industry, Chuck's expertise will be very valuable to Swiss Bear. He will supervise construction as well as all the final engineering, architectural and permitting. with the various city, county and state agencies. He has extensive training in code compliance, safety awareness as well as CPR and First Aid and Instructor Certification from National Safety Council.

Aside from being the wife and business partner of the Developer/Founder/CEO, Jim Morton, Becky continues to show her keen insight and counsel that has guided them in 34 years of business. She graduated from Duke University School of Nursing had an extensive nursing career before their marriage in 1979. Since then she has managed and directed their various business ventures including a sporting goods store and bowling center.

Jim has over 24 years experience in the "FEC" business having been the Developer/Owner/Operator of Carteret Lanes, a 24 lane bowling center in Morehead City, NC This followed a sporting goods store also in Morehead City. This all came after some 20 years in banking and finance.in Atlanta, GA, Jacksonville, FL and Ft. Lauderdale, FL
