Wave is a platform that links riders with drivers through the Wave App, making all transactions seamless. Our business model consists of offering a franchise opportunity to drivers, starting at $2K per unit for our initial offering of 1500 units. Our goal is to issue up to 15K units in 3 years, the price doubling with each issuance. We also offer a very attractive reward program for our riders which in turn would help the platform grow.
