Company Summary

Our goals in the real estate world is to take it over. We plan to accomplish that by buying and then selling/renting the properties. For the largest profit, we plan to buy from cash home auctions. These auctions start out at a low bidding cost and go up. Some homes valued at $200k will start bidding at $80k. Even if we buy that property for $180k, a year of rent and then selling it would offer large sums of return. Goal: 3 mil dollars in 2 years
