Lydia Reissmueller has been in the F&B industry 17+. Her experience ranges from menu development at Please Don’t Tell in NYC, to running Four Season Farm in Cape Rosier, ME. Her focus is high-quality ingredients, specifically seasonal and local produce. She has many published recipes, and self-published “The Living Room Bar” a simple guide on making drinks at home. She continues to be a beverage consultant for Portland establishments.

Dr. Elizabeth McElligott ND grew up in New York City and received her doctorate in Portland, Oregon where she has spent the last 8yrs. She fell in love with open spaces and nutrition while living in upstate NY, after which she cooked and worked across the country. She was in the F&B industry for 14+ yrs, owning a bakery and catering company in Lake Tahoe, CA. She's been practicing medicine for 3 yrs and continues her pursuit of health.
