Liuba Grechen is an animal and environmental activist, and non-profit professional. She recently left her position as Director of Membership for the UN Foundation, to launch Sweet Cheeks Vegan Bakery. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Russian from New York University and is pursuing her MBA at Stern with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. She has worked for the Carpathian Foundation, UNA-USA, and the EastWest Institute.

Laura brings eight years of experience in advertising and account and brand management to the team. She holds a BA in Visual Communications, with a focus on Advertising and Editorial Design, and a Masters in Information Design and Communication in Social and Economic Contexts from the University of the Arts Berlin. She has managed backend production and worldwide roll-out of advertising campaigns for Reebok, Land Rover and Jaguar.

Chris is a structural engineer for WSP Cantor Seinuk, one of the top internationally recognized structural engineering firms, specializing in the design and construction of some of the tallest office and residential skyscrapers. With his substantial experience, Christopher will be consulting for Sweet Cheeks Vegan Bakery, specifically focusing on our efforts to build out our permanent location, with emphasis on the stores layout and design.
