Sweet Natalie's has a very unique business model. We have a gluten free commercial kitchen that allows independent start up baking businesses the opportunity to utilize our culinary incubator, and sell their products in our retail bakery located in downtown Geneva, IL. In addition to gluten free products, we also offer Paleo, sugar free, egg free, dairy free and vegan desserts. In addition to our commercial kitchen, our business model allows other gluten free and gluten free/ nut free products that do not have a retail outlet store and have been produced in outside facilities, can be sold in our retail location.
Over the past several years, food allergies have become a serious problem. Celiac disease and other allergies to eggs, nuts and dairy have also been an issue. It has been challenging for people to find fresh, high quality products that cater to many of their food allergies. Sweet Natalie's has taken on the challenge to assist people and providing them with a safe environment where they cake purchase baked goods.
Our menu is quite extend as we offer products ranging from fresh bread, custom cakes, cupcakes, pies, cookies, muffins, brownies, bars, hamburger buns, macaroons, crackers, lava cakes, coffee cakes, cinnamon rolls, donuts, pizza dough and more!
Sweet Natalie's prides themselves on providing high quality products to customers who have Celiac disease, or severe food allergies. It is also a great platform for entrepreneurs to being their business.
