Sweet Acres Malt produces malt for the production of beer in Ohio. Currently the majority of malt used in Ohio breweries is from out of state even out of country. Products offered are base malt, which provide the simple sugars and enzymes needed for alcohol production and specialty malts which provide color and flavor.
