    Over 10 years of experience as a finance professional. She was VP at a leading VC firm in Indonesia, focusing on due diligence, leading the fund operations, and being an enabler & advisor on multiple aspects for the portfolio companies. Before her career in fund, she was at KPMG Indonesia where she advised PE clients & strategic investors on mergers and acquisitions by conducting FDD in various industries. Started her career as an auditor at PwC.

  • Founder and Managing Director

    Over 14 years leading GE’s EMEA private equity business from London before moving to Singapore as GE Capital's Chief Investment Officer, Asia. At GE, she managed 36 investments across 17 countries over a diverse range of industries. She was Board director in 13 investments working closely with the leadership teams in driving growth through new products/services and new market strategies, both organically and through acquisitions where possible.

    Over 15 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, & IB. She spent six years as a director at KPMG Singapore’s Advisory Group leading engagement teams to execute investment & divestment strategies across SEA. She is also the founder of Crossborder Ventures, a corporate and hospitality sector-focused import & export business, developing and managing distribution networks globally. Started her career in IB at BDO Capital in Manila.

  • Phuong Pham
    VP

    Over 17 years of experience in investment management and advisory,
    corporate finance, and sales operations. She has a deep understanding of, and professional experience with, Vietnamese and Western business cultures. She has been instrumental in developing the Vietnam networks and deal flow, having originally joined the predecessor firm in 2008 and transitioning as part of the Sweef Capital team. Started her career as an Auditor at KPMG Vietnam

  • Head of Impact Measurement and Management

    Over a decade of experience evaluating impact and building IMM systems. She is also a Principal Associate at Pew Charitable Trusts, where she supports strategic planning across the Trusts’ portfolios. Brianna has held roles at SEAF’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development,
    the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE), the UN World Food Programme, the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences, and the Urban Institute

  • Trang Dinh
    Director

    Over 10-year experience in corporate development, private equity investment, M&A and equity research both in Vietnam and internationally. Spent 6 years as Head of Corporate Development in TMG, a leading travel & hospitality group in Vietnam. Whilst with TMG, she also served as the CEO of the Group’s newly established airlines division for 3 years. Started her career in Vinacapital, Goldman Sachs, London, and GLG Partners (now Man GLG), London.
