Danna Gianforte is the Founder and CEO of Swapability. She has been an effective leader, collaborator and senior technologist in the Higher Education sector for 15 years - most recently as a Chief Information Officer at a Top 5 University. Her desire is to increase the effectiveness of our resource constrained human capital through the efforts of Swapability. Danna holds a Masters degree in Software Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Tim was the original architect and developer for a multi-million dollar enterprise procurement and spend management application called “ReQlogic” (www.reqlogic.com). The solution grew to over 40,000 users worldwide with notable customers such as GoDaddy, Shutterfly, Game Stop and Jamba Juice. Tim's experience developing successful enterprise level solutions is invaluable.
