Morten have former experience both as a seller/product manager at Proffia AS, today also as Chairman of the same company.
Proffia has been an official Kärcher main dealer in Norway for many years, now focusing also on IPC, Nilfisk and other major brands in professional cleaning.

His strength is focus on sales and customer needs as a basis for all development.

Torkild is not just an Engineer, but has a great knowledge both in technical matters and 3d construction. His fantasy and creativity was the start of our concept. We have experienced more than once how he has solved advanced contructional problems during the mouldingprocess of our new products.

Torkild came to SwanTech from Proffia AS, and has therefore a wide experience from different cleaning products.

Karoline is an Industrial Designer (MSc) from NTNU.

Not only a talented designer, but also has in-depth experience of quality control and production efficiency from Orkla.

Earned his Master degree at the Bergen Academy of Art and Design in 2013.

He has represented Norway at numerous international design exhibitions. Lately at Salone Satellite i Milan. Resulted in launching a product range with an acclaimed Italian furniture producer.

Fernando has had a lot ef experiences in his engineering work, among this is developing the Citroen Picasso. The last couple of years he has been working in oil related industry in Norway.

Fernando is engaged on a temporary basis.

Are-Dag is a Furniture/Spatial Designer (BaA) from Bergen Academy of Art and Design.
He has extensive knowledge of 3D Modeling, and has for years been employed as a CAD tutor at Bergen Academy of Art and Design.
In addition he has exhibited spatial architectural structures around the world, including Norway, Finland, South Korea, and most recently Scotland.
