Tara Anderson's experience ranges from managing small residential remodeling and historic preservation projects to assisting as an owner’s representative in large scale government capital improvement projects. She is a NAHB Certified Green Builder, and has made a career encouraging responsible building practices.

At Rollins College Tara studied Economics with a focus on Economic Development; she is an Army Veteran and wife and mother.

Since coming to SustainableWorks in 2010, Kellie has led a team in developing a highly effective strategy blending traditional marketing and community organizing to engage the public around home energy efficiency.
Kellie specializes in community engagement and development, and has done this work for unions, non-profits and government agencies. Kellie received a Bachelor of Arts from Gonzaga University and a MPA from the University of Washington

Bill Hayden has over 27 years in the construction industry as an electrician and in the field of custom home construction and remodeling. Bill has served as IBEW President 2010 to present, Executive Board 2007-2010,and Vice President 2005-2007. Bill is a Washington State L&I Certified Instructor Electrical CEU Instructor and has extensive training in building science and energy efficiency. Bill is also active in his church and family.
