Don, built his career and is known for his technical expertise developing laser beam delivery systems. He provides guidance to many organizations looking to enter and grow in the industry, responsible for advancing the technology with many "first" product development and unique applications. Don applies his years of learning about and helping define the laser cutting and welding industry into actionable, affordable value-added solutions.

An experienced leader with passion, determination and discipline to prepare, execute and exceed goals. Susan holds an Electrical Engineering Technology degree and 2 years of business course work in addition to numerous certifications. With 20+ years of technical sales, international sales mgt and marketing mgt experience combined with 18 years of entrepreneurship, Susan has the leadership ability to build SurClean to a $100M+ company.

Chris joined SurClean’s BOD and developed the investment strategy. He is currently President & CEO of Advanced BioCatalytics Corp and past President of Leading Edge now known as IAC, a global leader in Aerospace paint and coatings in the MRO space. His career started at Price Waterhouse working with start-up's and SME's to grow utilizing VC, M&A and IPO. He holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and a MS from MIT Sloan School of Management.

S, Nelson has served in many positions at SurClean. During the start-up planning phase, he served on the advisory panel and then volunteered through the NEF organization to assist in building SurClean's pitch deck. S Nelson has a history and related experiences forming, investing in, and exiting from various start-ups.
