    Alex combines over 10 years of experience in academia with the business skills of managing three enterprises. As CEO of EcoShift Development, he has led the development of SupplyShift, as well as business planning and investor relations. He received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a focus on climate change and global sustainability. Additionally, he is currently an Assistant Professor at SJSU.

  • James Barsimantov
    COO

    James received his PhD in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Cruz with a focus on environmental economics and resource management. James has extensive experience in GHG emissions quantification, climate action strategy, energy analysis, and supply chain sustainability. He has developed sustainability rating systems and multiple client-specific sustainability tools. His role as COO is to oversee product and business development.
