Mr. Shroff is a veteran project manager, with over five years of experience in project planning, project implementation, and delivering information services to meet critical business needs. His business acuity derives from the financial industry, with exceptional strengths in analysis, collaboration, and communication. He has also been a part of Sunways (India) and experienced various roles spread over multiple years.

He has been with Sunways (I) for over 40 years and has overseen key activities pertaining to corporate finance and manufacturing operations. Having started working at Sunways (I) from 1969, he spent the early years learning the basics of the company and quickly rose the corporate ladder leading up to being in charge of the manufacturing process and the company financials.

He has been with Sunways (I) for over 40 years and has been heading the Marketing and Sales division at Sunways (I).

He received his formal training in Chemical Engineering from USA after which he joined Sunways (I) in 1967. Under his able leadership the company has grown over 10 fold and is one of the leading ophthalmic brands in India.

He has also been with Sunways (I) for over 40 years and has actively handled the supply chain from place of manufacturing to the end consumer, across India. He strives to keep a strong control on distribution costs thus benefiting the bottom line.

He has been with Sunways (I) for almost 20 years and has added significant value in marketing and manufacturing operations through the addition of new technologies and new marketing strategies.
