Jim Chauncey's 35 year experience includes: architectural college student, engineering specialist at Freightliner Corporation, building design and construction business, alternative energy manufacturing company, HVAC company, and a publishing company presenting energy-efficient, passive-solar house plans and building science information. Jim has received the National Green Builder and Gold Energy Value housing awards from the NAHB and NGBC.

Steve has worked in sales and marketing for over 25 years. He is the founder of Blue Space Markets and works as an economic gardening business advisor conducting strategic market research and Grow Oregon business consultant at the Small Business Development Center at COCC. He holds an AS degree in Computer Science from Broome Community College in New York and a BS in Management from Linfield College.

Shannon has worked in the building industry for 13 years managing construction project budgets in the building of energy efficient homes. She has developed marketing materials and websites to promote green building.

Ken is a third generation mason and industry expert. He has worked in the CMU industry from the time before he could even lift a block on his own. HIs specialty is estimating and technical construction details.
