    John Wabel, 65, self-employed since 1975. Wabel's first solar company was started in 1977 in Seattle, WA. The second solar organization was tried in 1986. Sun Ra, LLC the most recent attempt at creating a successful solar company was started in 2009. The intervening years of non-solar activities, Wabel owned and operated an educational services company as well as a private for-profit college. These activities stretched over a 25 year period.
