With more than a decade's history in film exhibition Tim Massett's expertise distinguishes him among Jacksonville's business owners. His experiences as a film programmer and day to day operations management included Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Austin, TX, San Marco Theatre in Jacksonville, FL, and the oversight and construction of the Zinema 2 in Duluth, MN, a $3 million project, before opening Sun-Ray Cinema in 2011.

Shana's experience in Arts Administration serves her well in her capacity as co-owner of Sun-Ray Cinema. She has operated a private lesson studio since 2003, and served as executive director of the Duluth Homegrown Music Festival, responsible for the scheduling and management of 150 musical ensembles at 24 venues. In her first year profits increased 40% and she restructured the organization so as to streamline operations.
