C.J. is the Owner and President of Sunny Cal Farms, Inc. and
Sunny Cal Land Management. He has developed numerous orchards and vineyards, including citrus, almonds, table grapes, kiwi, and plums. He also personally leases and operates over 80 acres of diversified farm properties. C.J. holds a Masters in Accounting and has been a Licensed Ca Real Estate Agent since 2000.

Sergio has extensive experience growing and maintiaing California high-value crops. His farming experience includes
planting, growing, and harvesting tree fruit, mandarin citrus, kiwi, and grapes. Sergio has been an employee of Sunny
Cal Farms, Inc. for over 25 years - a tribute to his loyalty and knowledge base.

Terry has spent her lifetime career in agriculture. Starting as a packer on the production line, she moved into agriculture
accounting early in her career and has maintained a steady increased knowledge base through the years. She is an
expert in farm accounting.

Carl founded Sunny Cal in 1971 and grew it into a $20 million company producing 2 million packages of fresh fruit annually. Carl started his career as a high school teacher until he decided to pursue agriculture at the age of 40.
