Ms. Swindle is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with extensive experience in non-profit management and grantwriting. She and her husband, James, are also investors in SummIT.

Mary Jane (Janie) NaylorEducational Consultant
Mrs. Naylor is a retired educator. She served 12 years as elementary principal and 30 years as classroom teacher. She was an active member of the Pulaski Association of Classroom Teachers (PACT) until 2010. She is also an investor in SummIT.

Ms. Clark is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, a licensed social worker, licensed nursing home administrator and, with her husband Tim, franchise owners of Jump Zone of Central Arkansas.

Mr. Clark has a background in sales, business development and entrapreneurship. He served three years on the Board of the Pulaski County Special School District. He is the Governor appointed Chairman of the Cord Blood Bank of Arkansas at UAMS.
