The plan is to buy 12 beach homes at discounted rates. Put them on the weekly rental program. Sell 25 weeks(units) per house per year at an average of 3900 per unit. Once the real estate market has regressed to the mean, we can sell the properties at a substantial profit. Our customers are vacationing multi-family groups that vacation in Destin and the surrounding area. We will provide a distinctive home away from home experience that lasts long.
