We intend to tie with with corporate clients in tire 2 & 3 cities along with the metros, we get their requirement & expectation from the fresh graduates they wish to hire along with the number of students they wish to hire, we then train these students as per the companies requirements & bill the companies for every student they hire, there by achieving 2 things.
1) Delivering our Education product as it is intended.
2) Generate Revenue.
Our Secondary Model
We intend to to take vocational learning in various fields to tire 2 & 3 cities, the focus here is to deal with school & college, who have dropped out due to financial constraints, we would like to give these people basic earning skills in fields like DTP, Data Entry, Office/Bell Boy's, etc. & help them find descent job's to lead a descent life. at a nominal cost, there by once again achieving 2 things.
1) Apply for NSDC Accreditation & future funding from the government.
2) Generate Interim revenue to meet cost (LOW PROFIT Model)

We will be working with corporate clients from tier 2 & 3 cities & help them in developing the inhouse talent with our Employee & Manager Development programs & Performance development thru or PerforMaX system.

Educational institutions: Our key focus area in the education sector is improving placement percentage in the graduate and post graduate colleges, in tier 2 and tier 3 cities. considering that we are a behavioral, communication and functional skill development organisation, our educational products are applicable to any domain, engineering, hospitality, medical etc.
Emerging Youth (Vocational): Our direct to youth programs are aimed at improving employability skills in school OR college dropouts, who have the desire to lead a respectable life. (LOW PROFIT)
Corporate: Our corporate solutions are focused on improving profitability, customer experience and people engagement by working on the frontline teams and the middle management levels in the respective organisations.
PerforMax - Our 6 Sigma based Performance Management & Integrated Learning Management system, which will help companies from any industry run effective performance management using the 6 Sigma Methodology, & being linked to an LMS training can be provided instantly for the affected KPI, having option for designing their own training modules, assessment quiz's, online & remote training.
