With 8 years of Gluten Free bakery experience, we see the need for good quality gluten free food available to restaurants, caterers, schools, long term care facilities and retail/convenience stores. Our retail customers look for good food when they are on the go, when they eat out, when their parents are in care, when their kids go to university, when they have a family wedding. Good Gluten Free food is not widely available in this market.

    Sue is well-known and respected in the Canadian Gluten Free world. Operating a bakery in an every-changing market has been a challenge, but Sue brings all her creative and personable skills to the table to give her customers the highest quality baked goods. She has a loyal customer base throughout Eastern Ontario. Sue is President of her local Chapter of the Canadian Celiac Assoc. and has operated her bakery for the past 8 years.

    Head Baker

    Sherry trained as a professional chef before coming to work with Sue and gluten free. She enjoys the challenge of meeting the needs of all the bakeries customers. Gluten free is a new mindset for a baker, and Sue is fortunate to have Sherry on board. Customers praise both her food and her customer service.
