Company Summary

With 8 years of Gluten Free bakery experience, we see the need for good quality gluten free food available to restaurants, caterers, schools, long term care facilities and retail/convenience stores. Our retail customers look for good food when they are on the go, when they eat out, when their parents are in care, when their kids go to university, when they have a family wedding. Good Gluten Free food is not widely available in this market.

She has a loyal customer base throughout Eastern Ontario. Sue is President of her local Chapter of the Canadian Celiac Assoc. and has operated her bakery for the past 8 years.
