Nimisha is a Post Graduate from the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal. She has been specializing in developing innovative methods of research, has experience in research design, project design, execution of evaluation studies. She has extensive experience in rural Indian life through her research in broad based fields of
livelihoods, education, environment and natural resource management with special focus on women.

Naveen is a Post Graduate from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal and has more that
12 years of rich experience in school education and skill training. Having worked extensively in North, central
and South India at various positions in both the private sector and civil society, he is a passionate contributor towards children's education. He worked with eminent organisations like Eklavya, Naandi Foundation and Career
