Prior to founding Subuno, Ed ran the sales and biz dev team at a IP geolocation startup. Under his management, the company grew from screening 1 million e-commerce transactions a month to over 30+ million a month. Ed holds a sociology degree from Boston College.

Prior to joining Subuno, she was a patent attorney with Orrick, Herrington & Sucliff and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, handling patent litigation and patent prosecution cases. Prior to attending law school, she was an IT consultant with Accenture and programmed asset management system for a large telecommunication client. Rita received two bachelor's degrees from MIT and her juris doctorate from Boston University School of Law.

Prior to founding Subuno, he was a technical manager at Nexon Amerca with deep experience in payments and payment services. He directed and oversaw the implementation of Nexon’s payment services, including the prepaid game cards, credit cards, Paypal, and other networks. He led the effort to launch and change Nexon’s game card into a universal prepaid card. Mark holds a degree in operations research from Columbia University.
