Hire people ( we intend to have Relationship Managers in Top Insurance selling states who will be personally coordinating with empanelled DC & Hospital partners ).
Advance to selected DC's to get further discounts and fix the negotiated prices at least for the next 2 years which will help us offer Plane MRI & CT-Scan between Rs.4200 to Rs.4500 which is a biggest game changer in Health Industry ( As per our Survey across India more than 10 lakh people undergo MRI & CT Scan per month,we are negotiating this services for Rs. 3800 to Rs.4000).
