Charles is the Cofounder and CEO. He completed his PhD in Chemistry at the University of Wollongong in Australia. His research involved printing of biopolymer and conducting polymer materials, and he built a custom 3D printer for this project. Charles also has a MSc. in Applied Physics and an undergraduate degree in Russian. He has experience in manufacturing and as a software developer prior to pursuing science and entrepreneurship.

Andrew Finkle is the Cofounder and CTO. He is working towards his PhD in Chemical Engineering (Nanotechnology) at the Waterloo Institute for Nanotechnology at the University of Waterloo. His academic research is in the area of incorporation of renewable nanomaterials into plastic for performance enhancements in 3D printing applications. He has completed five co-op assignments, including an R & D position at Xerox for materials printing.

Amir Solowiejczyk is the Director of Business Development, and joined our team in November. He holds a MBA from the School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University he specialized in HR and Organizational Behaviour while focusing on Entrepreneurship. Amir also holds an undergraduate degree in Management and Organizations Studies specializing in Finance from Western University.
