  • Sean Petterson
    Founder and CEO

    Sean grew up around construction and witnessed his father, a contractor, sustain work injuries as he grew up. This served as a key motivation for building technologies that reduce injury risk. He attended Rochester Institute of Technology and is considered one of its top design graduates in years. He won a number of design awards and is a regular speaker on human-centered design. Awards include Core 77 Design, NYC Design, Spark Design.

  • CTO & Co-Founder

    Michael is an engineer turned entrepreneur, currently serving as the CTO at StrongArm Technologies. At StrongArm he oversees all product development, engineering, manufacturing and deployment with a team of 5. He is an alumnus of The City College of New York where he studied mechanical engineering. Before joining StrongArm, he had designed and manufactured off-road and fuel efficient vehicles and high end luxury lavatory fixtures and systems.

  • CRO & Co-Founder

    Rahul began his career at investment bank and later pursued his MBA from Babson College where started his first company, a commodity consultancy. For three years he represented miners and manufacturers, building financial/operational plans and helping negotiate transactions in various parts of the world. During this time, he also started the first organic food home-delivery company in India, bringing it to profitability within 6 months.
