Brian is the company’s founder & CEO. Brian has over 20 years of engineering & product development management experience. Brian created the StrideRide design to provide his wife an exercise option that was ergonomic & without pain, as Brian’s wife was marathon runner. Brian has both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the U of M and is currently an MBA candidate at the Ross School of Business.

Grant Weber serves as the StrideSports’ business manager and is responsible for the company’s marketing and communications plan. Grant also has both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and is currently an MBA candidate at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Grant has 7 years automotive engineering / product development experience.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Grant and Pat have engineering and management consulting industry backgrounds that they bring to StrideSports. Both Grant and Patrick, were work colleagues and classmates of Brian’s at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Pat has 2 years management consulting experience.
