She launched Strength Innovations to bring to market her innovative, patented weight training product line, QUICK CLICK Free Weights. Maryellen will manage human capital and financial resources; oversee the design and quality of the product line; serve as primary spokesperson; and manage public relations for the company, among other duties.

Vincent is an Industrial Designer with 30 years of professional experience. He has designed for many Fortune 500 companies including Baxter, Hollister, Abbott, Sears, Kraft, and Coca-Cola. Vincent holds numerous patents for products in medical, fitness, consumer electronics, boating, and packaging. His role at Strength Innovations is to expand the product line using the patented Quick Click system.

Darryl is a successful entrepreneur and CPA with 22 years of experience in finance and operations. He is currently managing partner of Black Rhino Financial Group, a financial and strategic consulting company. Darryl's role is to provide Strength Innovations with accounting, taxation, financial planning, risk management, and back office operations.
