Patrick started his career as a surgical sales representative and has since served in senior director, marketing, market development and sales leadership positions at Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Baxter, Johnson & Johnson. Patrick is also the author of book titled "The Inventor's Guide for Medical Technology"

    Mr. Blankenship Founded Streamline, Inc in 2007. He experienced all of the problems inherent in today’s intrahospital transportation process, spending over 3 years in patient transportation at Allina Hospitals and Clinics. He is heavily involved with product development and working with customers during product in-services and post-sale customer support. He has a BA in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas.

  • Rick Schultz
    Chief Operating Officer

    Mr. Schultz is former Vice President of Operations for Arizant Healthcare. Rick guides and oversees Streamline’s manufacturing operation and is involved in the area of intellectual property. He has extensive engineering, business operations and company acquisition experience in the medical device market. He was instrumental in helping Arizant Healthcare grow annual sales from $20 million to $100 - $150 million during his tenure with the company.

  • Sam Blankenship
    Operations and Product Development

    Mr. Blankenship Co-founded Streamline, Inc in 2007. Sam works closely with Rick Schultz in overseeing the manufacturing operation, guiding product development, bolstering intellectual property protection, product install and hospital in-servicing. He brings experience in supply chain and logistics management and has a background in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas.
