Mr. Holt has over 25 years of business leadership experience in a wide range of manufacturing, service and asset based businesses. He was the COO of Thermo Electron Company (now Thermo Fisher Scientific) where he had five public companies reporting to him and he chaired the corporate acquisition committee.

Alvin is a Bioengineer and holds a Bachelor's of Science Biophysics degree from Whitworth University and a Masters in Bioengineering from the University of Utah. Alvin's contributions to Stream Dx include design of capacitive sensors, design of electrical circuitry, setting up communication protocols for wireless Bluetooth data transfer, development of microcontroller firmware, and development of the Stream Dx Android app.

Mr. Ogden has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Utah. He has 3.5 years of R&D experience working on several medical devices including subcutaneous ports, catheters, artificial cornea. He has experience in design, prototyping, manufacturing, and implementing design controls.

Mr. McClellan has MS and BS degrees in bioengineering from University of Utah and UCSD, respectively. He has 25+ years of professional engineering experience, and 10+ years experience as a testifying expert engineer. He has several successful startup companies to his credit.
