Kristin works closely on business analysis and financial matters. She graduated in 2000 from the University of Minnesota with a degree in International Relations and French. She worked as a buyer for Yves Saint Laurent and later started a company to source care packages for the military. She is a member of Women's President Organization (WPO), and the SBA's e200 Class of 2012. She lives in Uptown with her husband and two children.

As President, Michelle serves in a sales and marketing capacity. She has previously worked in similar roles for IBM and MPR. As a founding partner of U of M's Northstar Initiative, she focuses on creating products that promote environmentally friendly outcomes. A fan of music and theater, Michelle sits on the boards of The Cedar Cultural Center and The Guthrie Business Circle. She enjoys cooking and travel with her husband and three children.
