    Madhav brings a very strong record of achievements over the years in areas directly related to the success of this venture. He has held critical leadership positions within the Consulting Industry with global players like Ernst & Young, Capgemini & PwC and his experience spans the gamut of the industry. He was recently an executive at Ontario Teachers Pension Plan responsible for transforming their strategy process.

    Co - Founder & CTO

    Amin is a technology specialist with deep expertise in security and prior experience with startups that are both key attributes to help TXO succeed. Amin was the Chief Architect and IT Director for I Love Rewards ( now operating as Achievers) which is a big Canadian success startup success story.

    As a security specialist Amin has advised various small and large scale companies on dealing with cloud based strategies and related security issues.
