Mr. Billes is the CEO of Strategic Development Partners. As an owner of architectural and planning firms since 1975, Mr. Billes has extensive education and experience in architecture, urban design, and master planning. He is licensed in three states and has managed a multitude of projects for clients in the public and private sectors, including architecture, master planning, land use, zoning, feasibility and transportation planning.

Joseph E. WilliamsChairman
As Chairman of Strategic Development Partners, Mr. Williams brings 30+ years of experience including investment banking, international finance and strategic planning. He has held many executive positions including Pres/CEO of Hibernia Southcoast Capital. Following Hurricane Katrina, he served as Exec. Director of the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority to help spearhead New Orleans' recovery and is currently on the N.O. City Planning Commission.

Ms. Herron serves as the COO of Strategic Development Partners. Ms. Herron has been a project manager for planning, project development, architectural and interiors projects for over 25 years. Projects she has led include large-scale interiors projects for major corporations, planning for District 3 of the Lambert Advisory Plan in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, and programming for numerous projects types.

Mr. Burrell has over 30 years of experience in working for and with local, state and federal government. He has served as an elected official to the Orleans Parish Democratic Executive Committee for five terms and the Louisiana State Central Committee for three terms. During that time he worked with community, business and governmental leaders on a wide variety of issues such as housing needs, economic development and public policy.

Mr. Alston brings more than 21 years of experience as a strategy and policy consultant in areas of public policy, economic and community development, entrepreneurship, as well as within public and private sector leadership positions. Mr. Alston has served as a Senior Consultant for many agencies, such as the LA Disaster REcovery Foundation, New Orleans Redevelopment Authority and others.

With over 30 years of experience in the practice of architecture, Mr. Kravet’s extensive background includes urban design, feasibility studies, architecture and construction for private and public sector clients. His work experience includes significant projects in the states of Texas, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Louisiana. His work has focused in the areas of education, hospitality, institutional, entertainment and residential architecture.
