Kyle is a pioneer in the interactive marketing space, leading the charge that ultimately became New York's Silicon Alley. Kyle Co-Founded AGENCY.COM in 1995—one of the earliest and ultimately most-successful interactive marketing firms. He grew the company to $200m in revenues and profit margins of between 45% and 65% in less than five years. In 1999, he took AGENCY.COM public with a peak valuation of $2.5b and later sold it to Omnicom.

Monique Elwell started her career during the ‘90s dotcom boom on Wall Street. As an analyst, she covered the Internet industry at Smith Barney, UBS and Merrill Lynch providing her with unprecedented access to the movers and shakers, from Silicon Alley to Silicon Valley. She then switched from quant. to qual, leading a practice at Iconoculture, a consumer insight and trends company as well as running Conversify, a U.S. & U.K. social media agency.
