At Cisco, he launched many social media programs and products to increase reach and engagement of Cisco Support Community.

She spearheaded the launch of new business models for emerging technology areas/ new markets that include rollout of Small business for Microsoft and Yahoo Search Marketing. At Yahoo! she led the efforts in launching new properties such as multilingual channels, yahoo movies, etc.
