Mr. Gonsalves has a diverse finance background in personal financial planning, advertising, medical treatment, and real estate. He has previously been a small business owner in commercial cleaning, and held a California real estate broker's license. Since earning his finance degree in 1995, his goal has always been to build a real estate portfolio while also being the best husband and father for his family.

Mr. Martinez defines his life's passions through family values and spirit of entrepreneurship. He learned the value of being self-employed from his father, and enjoys helping build start-up businesses. He has an incredible work ethic and focus that few produce in this life. His background includes accounting, sales, and ecommerce. He is currently helping an internet start-up in San Diego while also helping to build StorSource.
