    Ben Miller is currently working as a research scientist at Lockheed Martin, and is a great complement with his understanding of the science and chemistry of food and cooking. Working as a brewer and winemaker since 2001, and roasting fine coffee since 2005. His significant amount of his research of late has been into barrel aging, custom bitters and tinctures, as well as vermouth formulation.
