Victoria Proffer built the first woman-owned ISP in America. Victoria has over 18 years experience in the build-out of ISP services with 11 of those in fixed wireless. She is currently serving her second term on the board of directors of WISPA (http://www.wispa.org/) where she also chairs the National Disaster Committee and serves as Vice President of the WISPA Emergency Communications Action Team (WECAT), a 501 (c)3 corporation.

Benjamin Koeneker is the Senior Director of Corporate Development for SoTel Systems. Ben has personally invested in STLWiMAX and will be serving on the STLWiMAX board as the Chief Technology Officer. Ben spent nearly 16 years in various channel development and sales positions within the telecommunications industry. He brings the SoTel Channel Partner tools to STLWiMAX.

Clif LaPlante of Uvanta Pharmacy then came on board as an investor and business advisor, he has a clear understanding of technology and assisted in the initial VoIP rollout with SoTel Systems. Clif will serve as our Chief Marketing and Public Relations Officer.
