Brothels have been in the Elko area since 1902. The problem with the industry today is the establishments that are available to patrons. As a whole they are unkempt and run down. The services that are currently being offered are limited. We are convinced that there is great opportunity here for a new, upscale and clean brothel such as Stilettos that offers a wider array of services and entertainment.
