David learned the art of making extraordinary ice cream at the original Steve’s in Somerville, MA. David joined Steve’s in 1983 after graduating from Harvard.later becoming CEO. Steve’s went public (Nasdaq 1986) and grew through acquisitions and new brand introductions to become the 3rd largest U.S. frozen novelty manufacturer, topped only by Unilever and Nestlé. David is now introducing Steve's to a new generation of ice cream lovers.

Forbes has served in various management capacities at other artisan food companies. He has worked with David since day one helping to launch the updated Steve’s Ice Cream brand.
