Stereo Cult was formed in early 2011 by songwriters Archer and Harley. The group self-recorded a 5 song EP along with independently filmed and directed music videos. What would eventually become known as the Last Drag EP, went on to sell 10,000 units independently and receive over 500,000 views on youtube without spending a dime or signing with a label.
