StemBox is a subscription box that empowers girls ages 7-12 to pursue STEM with monthly science experiments. The company was started in 2015 with a Kickstarter campaign to raise $15k, but raised $23k when Melinda Gates and MTV endorsed the project. Our first shipment in January 2016 contained 750 paid DNA Extraction Kits to backers and customers from our site. Every month we make a new experiment and ship it to girls all over the country.
