We are planning to start with doing property preservations first (trash outs, cleanings, yard cleanings, boarding, winterizations, and follow ups). then move into doing vacant lot clean ups as the company grows. I have made contacts with three customers now who are ready to send me at lest two job a week each now when we get up and running. We are wanting to do the jobs that no one wants to do are that are to small for the bigger companies to do.
