    Sarah discovered Pilates in high school after an injury and back surgery limited her physical ability. She not only regained her strength, but also a passion for helping others understand the benefits of Pilates, regardless of age or physical limitation. She has been practicing for over 10 years and received her International Pilates Certification after completing an extensive one-on-one master training program. Sarah currently teaches in CA.
