Michael Cromheecke spent 17 years as an business leader at Rockwell Automation prior to founding Steamchain. His experience includes building a small (<1M) servo robotic technology acquisition into a 30M USD global business. He is a mechanical engineer with deep global experience in Europe, Asia and North American machine builder markets.

Tom has spent the past 18 years working with highly advanced manufacturing systems. His experience includes software development and hardware implementation. He has a both an undergraduate degree in mathematics and a masters degree in computer science. He was the Chief Architect of a major cloud based software development for Rockwell Automation.

Jared is an experienced full stack developer that joined SteamChain following 7 years architecting cloud based software developments for major corporate clients while employed at The Nerdery in Minneapolis, MN.
